This map shows the three principal islands; Inis Oírr, Inis Meáin, and the largest one, Árainn. A number of small villages are shown here; Cill Mhurbhigh, Cill Rónáin, and An Lorgain. A ferry service operates between the islands, and from the mainland from Galway, Doolin, and Rossaveel. This map displays three airstrips, one on each of the three islands.

There are small streams and lakes scattered around the islands, the biggest being An Loch Mór, on Inis Oírr. There are a few small beaches on the northern coasts, and on the other side there are high cliffs facing the Atlantic Ocean.

The Aran islands are a major tourist centre and a cultural treasure, rich in Irish language, history and traditional music. This map helps the visitor to explore the rugged landscape, and visit many interesting sites, including Dún Eochla, Dún Chonchúir, and the cliff fort of Dún Aonghusa.

Refund Policy
Returns
RETURNS
If you purchase something online, you have 30 days in which to exchange the item or receive a refund. We cannot accept any returns after a period of 30 days after the purchase has been made. This is the day on which the item is dispatched by Be Outdoors.
To be entitled to an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was on day of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels intact. A receipt evidencing proof of purchase must be provided.
It is not permitted to return the following items: sanitary goods, hazardous materials, liquids and gases, personal care items.
ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Gift cards / Vouchers
Any item which is damaged, where damage is caused by the purchaser will not be exchanged or refunded.
Should an item be returned with a part missing due to the fault of the purchaser, the item will not be exchanged or refunded.
Custom or bespoke ordered items that are not usually stocked.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Please note that the amount refunded to your card will not include the charges incurred by Be Outdoors in delivering the item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund into your bank account or credit card account within 14 days, we would ask you to contact your Credit Card Company or bank. It may take some time from when we complete the lodgement into your account to when it actually appears in your account.

SALE ITEMS
Except in the case of faulty goods, only full priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
If you find the purchased items to be faulty or defective, please e mail us at info@beoutdoors.ie and send your item to:

If it is clear upon inspection that the items are faulty, which is not due to the actions of the purchaser, we will offer to replace the item with the identical item or in the alternative offer you a refund.
If it is not clear to us that the items returned are faulty, we will send the item(s) to the manufacturer for testing who if found to be faulty will in the first instance repair the goods. In the alternative replace the goods. Only if the items are deemed by the manufacturer, upon testing the item to be faulty and it is not possible to repair or replace the item will you be offered a refund which will be refunded to you in accordance with the protocol outlined above.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be informed of your return.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Be Outdoors, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, Ireland.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
